All prices quoted are inclusive of Entry Clean, Linen/Towels, beds made prior to arrival, and Exit Clean.

The rental cost also includes

Bed Linen/Towels (2 per person)
Kitchen towels
Property fully prepared for your arrival including soap. toilet paper, bin liners.
Laundry charges/departure clean
all electricity charges
Air conditioning and heating
On site contactable management office with reception, with English speaking persons
Mid stay change of linen/towels for stays in the duration of 10-13 nights
Weekly clean, change of liene/towels for 14 nights or more
up to 50% discounted golf fees and tennis fees and assistance with booking courts and tee times.
A welcome food pack can be provided for a nominal cost.

Arrival & Departure
Guests can arrive at anytime after 3pm, we have a keycode system, which enable guests to arrive out of hours and access the villa without having to rely on meeting someone to pick them up.

Upon payment of the final balance a welcome pack will be emailed, this will include directions plus the codes requied to access the keysafe

Checking out time is 10am. We can be flexible with this where possible.
